Options for the use of oils:
Body massage: before use, you can warm up a bottle of oil in a water bath, in order to avoid the occurrence of unpleasant sensations. Rub a small amount of oil between the palms, then rub the massaged skin with light stroking movements.
Moisturizing the face: Apply a small amount of oil to dry areas of the face.
Skin nutrition: apply a small amount of oil on the body after taking a bath.
